Congress recently requested the DOJ to release the Special Counsel’s interview of Joe Biden. To the shock of the nation, Biden used executive privilege to block the release of the audio and video recordings. Biden’s White House accused Republicans of wanting to “manipulate” the records for political purposes.
Special Counsel Hur rocked the Biden administration over his investigation. He claimed Biden did break the law when he kept classified documents in, among other places, his garage. But Hur did not recommend charges, because of Biden’s frailty and declining memory.
