Soldier Tells Trump, ‘I’m Here Because Of You.’ Donald’s Reply Brings Us To TEARS!

President Donald Trump loves our military.

And the feeling is mutual.

That fact was on heartwarming display when the President visited Iraq over the Christmas holidays, bringing some much-needed cheer to our brave warriors.

And White House press secretary Sarah Sanders witnessed a “powerful” moment that exemplifies Trump’s positive impact on the military.

It all happened when a young army member came up to Trump and shook his hand.

“I’m here because of you,” he said.

As it turns out, this particular patriot had left the military during Barack Obama’s presidency but rejoined when Trump was elected.

So yes, as a matter of fact, he was back in the armed services because of our new leader.

But Trump’s reply was even more poignant:

“And I am here because of you,” the President replied.

How perfect is that?

This is a man who not only respects the military but as Commander-in-Chief, he ALSO realizes he’s essentially the military’s elected public servant.

It’s a give-and-take relationship between the President and the U.S. military, and nobody has done it better than Donald Trump.

After the wonderful moment between these two, the young enlistee even gave Sanders an arm patch that reads, “Brave Rifles.”

The Brave Rifles is a nickname for the 3rd Cavalry Regiment of the U.S. Army, situated in Fort Hood, Texas.

Quite an honor, isn’t it?

Clearly, the Army respects Trump’s entire administration.

And even more clearly, Trump understands that respect … and gives it right back in spades.

Isn’t this exactly the sort of leader we need right now?
