Republican investigators have been probing the Biden family’s bank records since the start of 2023. Over the months, they have released evidence that, at another time, would have sparked outrage from all corners of the political spectrum.
House Republicans have accused Joe Biden and his family of engaging in a bribery ring that has lasted for years. They claim Biden has peddled his influence as a U.S. official, for money from various countries, including China.
Democrats and the media have claimed Republicans have “zero evidence,” despite testimonies, FBI documents, and bank records. Now, a top Republican investigator is releasing another shocking piece of information. The White House will have to answer for this.

Hunter Biden made direct monthly payments to President Joe Biden — beginning in 2018 — using an account for his business that reportedly received money from China, according to GOP House Oversight Committee lawmakers…“President Joe Biden claimed there was an ‘absolute wall’ between his official government duties and his family’s influence-peddling scheme,” House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer said in a video on Monday. “This was a lie.”
House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer released another document that appears to confirm Republicans’ accusations against Joe Biden. Hunter Biden’s law firm, Owasco PC, was making direct payments to his father, starting in 2018.
This business account had regularly received payments from China, creating a scenario where Biden could have been getting money from the foreign entity.
Republicans have released a variety of records that suggest Biden’s family was engaged in an elaborate ring that funneled money into Joe’s pockets. Hunter and other relatives received large payments from China. They then moved that money through various bank accounts.
And they often wrote checks out of those accounts to Joe Biden. This could all just be a coincidence.
But when you consider testimony from some of Hunter’s business partners, the possibility of a bribery scheme sounds very likely. Devon Archer, a former close associate of Hunter’s, openly accused Biden’s son of selling his father as a brand to foreign groups.
Furthermore, Biden has long claimed he had no connection to his son’s businesses, nor any other family member’s business dealings. But these records reveal, at the very least, that Joe Biden was receiving money–in the form of $1,380 a month–from Hunter’s business account.
Republicans are adamantly saying Biden has lied to Americans over his association with Hunter’s businesses.
Thus far, the White House has not spoken to these bombshell reports. Biden has not clarified his statements that he knew “nothing” of his son’s businesses, in light of records that suggest otherwise. It is possible the administration is simply ignoring these reports, hoping the media will cover for them.
But it is unlikely voters will find that acceptable.
