Bad news for Joe. His approval among Hispanic voters in New Mexico has reached a dangerous low. Previously, he won 61% of the Hispanic vote in 2020—helping him win the state. But today, 63% of Hispanics in New Mexico disapprove of his performance, with 51& strongly disapproving.
Only 36% of this demographic approves of Biden’s job while in office.
It seems the cause of this decline mirrors Biden’s problems across the country. The top issues on voters’ minds are the economy and crime. And nearly across the board, Biden is getting a failing grade on those issues.
Democrats are trying to make abortion the top issue of 2024. But according to most polls, that is far from being the biggest concern for most Americans.
Inflation has been ongoing for three years, leaving a sour taste in working Americans’ mouths. Crime in large cities has reached epidemic levels and it doesn’t appear as if Biden’s even spoke about this—much less did anything about it.
The White House’s total lack of attention to the crime crisis is shocking. But it might expose the Democrats’ refusal to admit that their progressive “criminal justice reform” is working. And Biden won’t seem to touch it.
