Biden Signs With CAA After Leaving White House – Joins Obama’s At Hollywood Power Agency

It’s been just a few weeks since the former President Joe Biden finally left office. Now that his gravy train from foreign countries has dried up, Biden has already launched a new plan to monetize his time in office.

It’s no secret that Hollywood has long been in the left’s pocket. Indeed, the liberal elites of Hollywood are so out of touch with reality that they worship Biden and his fellow Democrats despite all of the harm that they’ve done to our country.

This bias was shown once again by what Biden just did. Despite leaving office as one of the least popular presidents of all time, Biden is officially going Hollywood.

Former President Biden has inked a deal with one of Hollywood’s most powerful talent agencies. Creative Artists Agency (CAA) announced on Monday that they would represent Biden. The agency will be reuniting with their former client who previously used them to orchestrate lucrative speaking tours and book deals after his vice presidency.

The development comes as Biden transitions to private life following his departure from the White House in last month. The deal raises fresh questions about the revolving door between Washington and entertainment industry power brokers. If you thought Biden’s foreign business dealings were concerning, wait until you see what he’s cooking up in Hollywood.

It wasn’t until after leaving the vice presidency that Americans learned the true scope of Biden’s earnings potential. Between 2017 and 2020, he commanded six-figure speaking fees from universities while students struggled with loan debt, including $190,000 for a single speech at Drew University.

Biden’s Latest Power Move

“President Biden is one of America’s most respected and influential voices in national and global affairs,” said Richard Lovett, co-chairman of CAA. “His lifelong commitment to public service is one of unity, optimism, dignity, and possibility. We are profoundly honored to partner with him again.”

The agency already represents Barack and Michelle Obama’s production company Higher Ground, which has produced numerous films and television shows advancing progressive causes. CAA’s co-chairmen were also prominent backers of Biden’s presidential campaign.

During his previous stint with CAA, Biden published his memoir “Promise Me, Dad.” He also embarked on a nationwide speaking tour that sold over 85,000 tickets. Meanwhile, he was positioning himself for his 2020 presidential run. Remember when public service meant serving the public? Those days are apparently long gone.

With foreign business opportunities drying up under increased scrutiny, Biden appears to be pivoting to Hollywood’s deep pockets. His pattern of converting public service into private gain emerged clearly after his vice presidency. During that time, he secured a position as the University of Pennsylvania’s “Benjamin Franklin Presidential Practice Professor,” earning nearly $1 million for what the New York Post reported as “just nine known visits” to campus.

This arrangement additionally provided Biden with a DC office. There, he stored classified documents that were subsequently investigated by special counsel Robert Hur in 2024.

Financial disclosures revealed the Bidens routed speaking fees through S-corporations, a move Republican critics say helped them avoid approximately $500,000 in Medicare taxes on over $13 million in income.

The Hollywood-DC Pipeline

As Biden courts Hollywood power players, even prominent Democrats suggest it’s time for him to step back.

“What he’s done to himself is, no one wants to hear from this guy anymore. OK? Just go to your condo in Rehoboth and stay there,” top Democratic strategist James Carville said on his podcast lastmonth.

With Hollywood elites and Washington insiders increasingly indistinguishable, who’s really calling the shots in American culture? The CAA deal raises fresh concerns about the intersection of entertainment, politics, and profit. The agency’s deep Democratic Party ties and role in shaping cultural narratives through content deals highlights the growing influence of Hollywood power brokers over American political discourse.

While the specific projects planned remain unclear, Biden’s agency signing suggests he’ll continue the modern tradition of former presidents leveraging their time in office through books, speaking engagements, and potential entertainment deals. It’s a far cry from the modest retirement of earlier American leaders.

Key Takeaways:

  • Biden’s deal with Hollywood powerhouse CAA continues his pattern of monetizing public service for personal gain.
  • The same agency that helped Biden earn millions in speaking fees now represents both him and the Obamas.
  • Even prominent Democrats are calling for Biden to step away from public life as he pursues entertainment industry deals.
  • This latest move raises serious questions about the corrupt pipeline between Washington elites and Hollywood power brokers.
