Remember when Joe said he’d “build back better”? When was that supposed to kick in?

Thanks to a number of Biden’s own policies, inflation has been rampantly increasing every month. And now, it’s hit an all-time high.

Inflation accelerated more than expected to a new four-decade high in June as the price of everyday necessities remains painfully high…

The Labor Department said Wednesday that the consumer price index, a broad measure of the price for everyday goods, including gasoline, groceries and rents, rose 9.1% in June from a year ago.

As we’ve been seeing all year, inflation has continued to climb under Biden. But the man, in a shocking act of cruelty and insensitivity, has ignored the news and even called it “out of date.”

“While today’s headline inflation reading is unacceptably high, it is also out-of-date,” Biden said in a statement. “Energy alone comprised nearly half of the monthly increase in inflation. Today’s data does not reflect the full impact of nearly 30 days of decreases in gas prices, that have reduced the price at the pump by about 40 cents since mid-June.”

Americans are suffering as they struggle to make ends meet. Rapid inflation is actually resulting in a pay decrease for most Americans.

According to Fox Business, it has amounted to an average of $3,400 lost in annual wages.

Yet Joe Biden dismisses this dismal reality, saying the 9.1% surge is “out of date.”

No, he’s out of date. Biden has routinely ignored the problems caused by his own policies and lack of judgment.

He claims that things are getting better because gas prices have decreased. Yes, they have gone down from the record high of a few months ago.

But they are nowhere near where they need to be for us to see a reversal in inflation. Biden sits on his hands and does nothing, as his war on American energy is hurting millions.

As usual, Sleepy Joe ignores the problem. That’s his usual reaction to bad news. First, he denies it. When he can no longer deny it, he blames someone else.

In a few days, he’ll admit this inflation is real, but will in no way take responsibility for it. Meanwhile, real lives are at stake.

I guess Joe will comfort himself with another ice cream cone.
