Biden Terrified by Lindsey Graham’s Accusation – 1 Major Blunder Could Land Joe Behind Bars

Former President Donald Trump continues to fight legal battles prompted by Democrats who want him as far removed from the 2024 presidential race campaign trail as possible. Trump’s legal defense team has put together a variety of arguments to help save him from the persecution of leftist prosecution.

Trivia Question: Which president signed the Indian Removal Act into law? (Answer at the end of the article)

Trump is fighting allegations of election interference from special prosecutor Jack Smith related to alleged attempts to overturn the 2020 election. In this complicated case where Smith is trying to send Trump to jail for decades, part of Trump’s defense is that presidents have immunity while in office.

The question of immunity is before the Supreme Court of the United States (SCOTUS) and a ruling is expected later this month. While Trump’s freedom may hinge on the high court’s decision, if Trump loses his immunity claim then every other president should be shaking in their boots, according to Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-SC).

That fear of the SCOTUS decision could hit Joe Biden hard. Graham said during an interview that Biden could be open to criminal prosecution for the historic border crisis if SCOTUS declines immunity from prosecution for presidents.

From The Daily Wire:
“So Joe Biden better hope and pray there’s presidential immunity, because when he allowed the killer of Laken Riley to be released on parole because lack of capacity, I think he’s subject not only lawsuit, but criminal prosecution, if there’s not presidential immunity,” Graham said.

The senator was referring to an illegal alien accused of killing Riley after being released from custody based on a legal loophole. Graham railed against the legal system which has repeatedly let loose illegal immigrants into society who then later commit violent crimes against Americans.

Graham criticized Democrats who try to make the case that Americans are safer today under the Biden administration than when Trump was in office.

“If you believe that you shouldn’t be allowed to drive. That’s silly. That’s dangerously wrong. The border is beyond broken,” Graham said. “When it comes to enforcing the law, Joe Biden has been beyond reckless.”

Biden’s lawlessness, according to Graham, includes being responsible for war in Ukraine and the Middle East “on fire” with the Israel war against the terrorist group Hamas. All of this happened on Biden’s watch compared to when Trump was in office, and he fought against wars starting and worked to secure the U.S. border.

Graham said the violence committed against Americans by illegal immigrants can be directly attributed to Biden and his policies.

“On and on and on, all of these women who’ve been raped and murdered have one thing in common: The people that killed them, raped them, and murdered them were in our custody and let go, I think illegally,” Graham said.

If Trump’s immunity plea fails, Biden could be prosecuted for his actions in office, especially if Joe loses the upcoming election.

It is so frustrating to see Biden continue to act recklessly while the media and his supporters let him off the hook. How many more lives have to be impacted by his policies before he’s held accountable? If Trump can be targeted, then Biden should definitely be worried about his own actions. What do you think about this potential legal fallout?

Key Takeaways:

  • Lindsey Graham (R-SC) said Joe Biden could be prosecuted if Trump’s immunity plea fails.
  • The senator said Biden could be held responsible for violent acts committed by illegal aliens.
  • Graham said Biden should “hope and pray” the Supreme Court rules for presidential immunity.
