The state of Texas shares the longest border with Mexico. Because of Biden’s border policy, it has seen millions of illegal crossers into the country. Texas has requested help from the federal government to address this crisis. According to Gov. Abbott, it received none.
Abbott has enacted a variety of measures to discourage illegal entry into Texas. He passed a law that would incarcerate illegal entrants for trespassing on private land.
He declared the crisis an invasion and enlisted the National Guard. But the White House appears to be openly opposing Texas. Biden ordered razor wire guarding the border to be cut down. And now, Texas AG Paxton is taking the fight to the White House.

Attorney General Ken Paxton announced a lawsuit against the Biden administration. He has sued the federal government over the cutting of razor wire across the Texas-Mexican border. Paxton accused Biden of aiding “illegal immigrants as they attempt to cross into the U.S.”
Paxton pointed out that Biden removed barriers designed to discourage illegal crossings just as parts of Texas were being “overwhelmed by this alien surge.” Texas leaders, both Republicans and Democrats, have been deeply critical of Biden’s unwillingness to secure the Southern border.
Recently, X owner Elon Musk viewed the border at Eagle Pass. He streamed video of the situation, speaking with mayors, lawmakers, and local sheriffs. Even liberal Texans condemned the Biden administration for allowing millions of aliens into the country.
Paxton also claimed that Biden’s federal agents removed razor wire and attached “ropes or cables from the back of pickup trucks to ease aliens’ ability to illegally climb up the riverbank into Texas.” The AG is accusing Biden of making it easier for migrants to illegally enter the country.
The migrant crisis has overwhelmed border states. Even blue cities up North have felt the growing burden of countless migrants, demanding entry into the country. Instead of closing the border, the Biden administration is ramping up entitlements for illegal entrants.
The White House is issuing government IDs for migrants, moving them across the country, providing free healthcare, housing, and food, and even giving them free smartphones.
