President Biden has been quoted as saying that the U.S. economy is “strong as hell.” He even claimed during his SOTU that America’s economy is the “envy of the world.” His administration has been trying to convince Americans that things are going great—they just don’t know it.
But despite this level of gaslighting from the White House, Americans continue to struggle. Wages are down, employment is low, and illegal aliens are forcing Americans to compete for housing, food, and jobs.
And now, one of Biden’s biggest blunders is coming back to haunt him. This problem was directly caused by Biden’s decisions. He hastily tried to fix it in the past—by giving up precious resources. But now, he has nothing left to address it.

Gas prices remain high and could go higher due to industry and political factors. Biden’s economic war on American energy independence during instability in the Middle East and in Ukraine are significant factors.
According to Goldman Sachs, gas prices could reach $4 by May.
Gas prices are starting to rise rapidly yet again. Gas prices started to go up as soon as Biden banned drilling for oil on federal land. Soon after, he issued an embargo on oil from Russia. He has consistently cut off sources of energy for Americans—forcing the prices to climb.
In the past (right before the midterm elections) he tried to artificially lower the price by releasing millions of barrels of oil from the Strategic Petroleum Reserves. This oil is meant to help during times of war—yet Biden gave it away to make it look like gas prices were coming down.
He never bothered to refill the reserves and now, he cannot rely on them to lower prices today.
As we near the summer season, prices will only get higher. This will not just hurt families going on vacation. Countless businesses and industries rely on transportation. High energy prices have kept inflation painfully high. Now, with gas getting higher again, everything from clothes to groceries will only get more expensive.
Biden has refused to reverse his radical “green” policies since implementing them in 2021. Because of that, this crisis will continue.
