Anti-Trump Georgia DA Exposed in Disturbing Plot – This Could Derail the Entire Case

Recently, the Democrat prosecutor leading the case against Donald Trump in Georgia has been hit with troubling accusations. It has come to light that Fani Willis hired someone to work on the case with whom she’s had a romantic relationship.

But that appears to be only the beginning of her troubles.

Reports are revealing other actions she took in the run-up to her indictment. It turns out she was secretly working with Democrats in Washington, D.C. And some believe this could lead to the end of her case.

From Breitbart:
Fulton County, Georgia, District Attorney Fani Willis secretly colluded with the one-sided, Democrat-run January 6 Committee to obtain tips that would help her prosecute Donald Trump — and tried to keep it out of court, and public view, using a procedural trick.

The revelation could upend the prosecution of Trump and 18 co-defendants because the evidence was concealed to keep it away from discovery requirements that would allow defense lawyers to see what was shared, and the extent of the collaboration.

A new report reveals that Fani Willis met with Democrats who were conducting their much-maligned January 6 Committee. The Democrats provided the Georgia prosecutor with information that would help her build a case against Trump.

Because this happened before she convened a grand jury investigation, there was no defendant side to require discovery. Meaning, this information she received from Washington Democrats—which she used in her case against Trump—was never shown to his and other defendants’ legal teams.

Later on, the Democrat conducting this committee destroyed their records, which prevented Trump’s lawyers from seeing whatever information they provided to Willis.

Critics of Willis and Democrats will have a field day over this revelation. Already many Republicans believe the prosecutions against Trump are one-sided, fraudulent, and politically motivated.

To learn that Willis acquired secret information against Trump, without his lawyers being able to see it—will be called a violation of the judicial process. It could very well give them a reason to call for a mistrial.

Key Takeaways:

  • The Georgia prosecutor going after Trump acquired information secretly from Washington Democrats.
  • She met with the January 6 Committee and received data, before she charged Trump with a crime.
  • This information was never shared with the defendants, which could led to the case being thrown out.
