Radical Democrats are trying to rewrite the Constitution with a 50-year-old amendment that failed to be approved by the people. This is another slight-of-hand legal maneuver from Democrats still fuming over Supreme Court decisions they didn’t like.
What the Democrats really want to do is drum up political talking points they can use to attack Republicans during upcoming elections. This is another wild scam designed for liberals to beat their chests about perceived wrongs against women and the number of genders.
The problem for them is the issue in question, the Equal Rights Amendment (ERA), was never ratified by the required number of states. It failed and Democrats want to create law with a stroke of a pen instead of a vote of approval by citizens. Sounds a lot like their boy Biden and how he runs the country.

She believes, according to the Daily Caller, that the ERA is “packed with potential to protect access to abortion care nationwide, defeat bans on gender-affirming health care, shore up marriage equality, eliminate the gender wage gap, help end the epidemic of violence against women and girls, and so much more.”
This isn’t about equal rights and legal scholars can see right through the twisted thinking of radical Democrats.

Democrats know they are facing a strong legal wall from the Supreme Court that is reining in all their anti-constitutional plans and policies. Biden and these radicals have lost most court cases that deal with race, gender, or government overreach.
Adding an amendment to the Constitution with a stroke of the pen is the highest form of government abuse of power. Republicans need to make sure these radicals suffer another loss and then make sure everyone in the country knows what happened.
