Nancy and Chuck want to erase a major American right we’ve had since 1791 – and it’s happening this week.
Democrats spend countless hours and millions of your tax dollars crafting laws that erode your Constitutional rights.
And they continue to attack the most basic and fundamental rights we have as citizens.
And the worst part is, they’re succeeding in many ways.
This week, the corrupt con artists that run the House are introducing a bill that will further erase your right to safety and protection.

“House Democrats plan to move legislation criminalizing private gun sales out of committee and get it to the floor for a vote this week…
H.R. 8 would outlaw the private gun sales Americans have enjoyed since December 15, 1791, the date on which the Second Amendment was ratified.
This would criminalize a neighbor who sold a gun to lifelong neighbor without first getting government permission via a background check.

An important note here: every mass shooter in the 21st Century bought a gun via a store—with background checks—or stole it.
This law will do nothing to stop criminals who buy their guns on the streets.
Nor will it stop people who want to harm others, but have no prior criminal history.
It is only aimed at intimidating Americans: law-abiding citizens who simply want to buy or sell their private property.
The bottom line is this law is wildly unconstitutional; it’s not about preventing future crimes, but limiting your Second Amendment freedoms.
Again, Democrats hate freedom. They don’t like freedom of speech, freedom of religion, or the right to bear arms.
They want Americans scared, weak, bullies, and dependent on the government. They want a United States that is a socialist regime, NOTÂ the free, capitalistic Democratic Republic our Founding Fathers created.
