“The Democrat Party broke themselves, and they’re continuing to do so,” Trump told Breitbart News during an interview in a private dining room off the Oval Office. The president’s words come as Democrat favorability has plummeted to levels not seen in decades.

Recent polling tells a devastating story for Democrats. A CNN/SSRS poll found just 29 percent of American adults hold a favorable view of the Democrat Party. “Any plane containing these folks that is going to take off or is in the air needs to be returned to the United States,” he ordered.

Unfortunately for him, however, the effort failed spectacularly. By Sunday morning, Salvadoran President Nayib Bukele announced that 238 suspected TdA members had arrived in El Salvador, sharing video of them being deplaned and secured.

“That clip was unbelievable,” Trump remarked.

White House press secretary Karoline Leavitt clarified that the deportations proceeded lawfully since the suspected gang members were already outside U.S. territory when the written order came down.

“Moreover, as the Supreme Court has repeatedly made clear — federal courts generally have no jurisdiction over the president’s conduct of foreign affairs, his authorities under the Alien Enemies Act, and his core Article II powers to remove foreign alien terrorists from U.S. soil and repel a declared invasion,” Leavitt stated.

The incident underscores a fundamental constitutional principle: “A single judge in a single city cannot direct the movements of an aircraft carrier full of foreign alien terrorists who were physically expelled from U.S. soil.”
