Americans began to realize how deep the D.C. deception runs with the investigations of Hillary Clinton’s emails. From there the attacks on former President Donald Trump began and now the country must deal with the latest revelations surrounding Joe Biden’s handling of classified documents.
Trump has been charged for a variety of alleged crimes while two special prosecutions found violations related to Clinton and Biden, but never made charges. It’s a two-tiered justice system that keeps repeating within the Department of Justice (DOJ).

Former FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe said Friday that special counsel Robert Hur’s report on President Joe Biden’s handling of classified documents bore “nauseating similarities” to former FBI Director James Comey’s remarks on former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s emails.
Hur’s report concluded that Biden deliberately kept classified documents, but the investigation resulted in no charges. Comey also concluded the likelihood of Clinton committing offenses but declined to pursue charges.
“There’s some nauseating similarities to that situation from July 5, 2016, and to what we saw in the report (last week),” McCabe told a CNN host. He described both investigations as requiring that the special counsels submit a report explaining why they pursued or declined charges.
McCabe, who served as deputy director of the FBI during the investigation into Clinton, said Hur checked all the necessary boxes and in great detail described why he didn’t pursue charges. Hur described Biden as “a sympathetic, well-meaning, elderly man with a poor memory” and used this as reason not to charge the president.
By contrast special counsel Jack Smith attacked Trump with a grand jury indictment on 37n counts, including violations of the Espionage Act. Clinton runs free around the country and Biden gets to enjoy his next ice cream treat and nap time while Trump faces a lifetime in prison.
McCabe made the claim that Hur’s investigation and conclusion appeared to be attempting to “even out the scales” by balancing between those who wanted Biden charged and those who wanted him left unscathed. McCabe took the opportunity to criticize his previous boss, former FBI Director James Comey, over his press conferences that defended his not charging Clinton during the 2016 presidential campaign.
Liberal media outlets continue to use McCabe as an expert source even after he was fired as FBI deputy director in 2018. A report from the inspector general accused him of lying about leaks to the media. The firing was reversed in 2021 following a legal settlement.
Clinton and Biden appear to have escaped any accountability for their actions, much like McCabe who gets to keep his government pension and criticize anyone he sees fit. They all get off free and clear while Trump must face continued criminal prosecution.
