Federal Court Drops the Gavel on Biden – Joe’s Nightmare Case Is Moving Forward

The bad news just keeps pouring in for Joe Biden and his administration, doesn’t it? They must be getting used to falling flat on their faces these days!

The Biden administration suffered yet another defeat on Friday. This week, a federal judge made a crucial ruling against the administration. The judge decided not to dismiss the case, ensuring that the allegations would be thoroughly examined. The administration had hoped to quash the lawsuit early, but this ruling keeps the case alive.

Federal Judge Christina A. Snyder’s decision ensures the continuation of a lawsuit filed by pro-Israel advocates. The case hinges on the alleged misuse of funds, which has sparked a heated debate. Critics argue that if the claims are substantiated, it would be a significant blow to the Biden administration.

From The Daily Caller:
The U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas ruled that there is sufficient evidence the Biden administration maintained its funding to the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees (UNRWA) after Congress sanctioned the organization over its ties to Hamas for the case to proceed.

“The law is clear that taxpayer dollars should not be funding Palestinian terrorism,” Jackson said in a press release put out by America First Legal. ‘This critical decision will help to hold the Biden administration accountable and ensure that the national security of the United States and Israel is prioritized over the illegal funding of terrorism with American taxpayer dollars.”

About 10% of UNRWA’s staff had ties to Islamic terrorist groups, and about a dozen of them were involved in the Oct. 7 terror attacks where Hamas killed roughly 1,200 people in Israel and took hundreds more as hostages, according to U.S. intelligence reviewed by The Wall Street Journal. Since President Joe Biden took office, the State Department has approved over $1 billion to UNRWA, federal spending records show.

Republican Texas Rep. Ronny Jackson teamed up with victims of Palestinian terrorists to file this lawsuit in December of 2022. They claimed in the suit that the Biden administration broke the law by reinstating aid to Palestinians. The suit alleged that the Biden administration allowed this aid to go to a program that funds stipends to imprisoned terrorists and their families.

Congress passed a ban on funding to the UNRWA back in March. Though Biden signed it into law later that month, the court found that the Biden administration’s support for UNRWA was “undiminished.” When the former President Donald Trump was in office, he notably froze all aid to UNRWA.

It should go without saying that American tax dollars should not be used to fund foreign terrorism, yet here we are. Welcome to Biden’s America, folks!

It’s no secret that the Biden administration prioritizes foreign powers ahead of the American people. However, using our money to help Palestinian terrorists is taking that to the extreme. If Biden is willing to unlawfully use our money to help terrorists, just imagine what else he’s doing with our tax dollars behind the scenes.

As the election year heats up, this lawsuit will likely turn into more of a nightmare for Biden. It perfectly highlights the difference between both Biden and Trump. In the end, Trump is a president who will put the American people and their safety first. In contrast, Biden is a president who will do the complete opposite every chance he gets.

Americans everywhere should remember that when heading to the voting booth!

Key Takeaways:

  • Federal spending records show that the Biden administration approved  $1 billion to UNRWA.
  • About 10% of UNRWA’s staff had known ties to Islamic terrorist groups.
  • A judge dismissed the Biden administration’s attempts to have a lawsuit regarding this spending dismissed.
