Nor did he admit that some crises hurting us, including the border crisis, are entirely his fault. But one horrible moment in recent history came early in his administration.
Biden pulled U.S. troops from Afghanistan, allowing the Taliban to take over. The ensuing chaos led to a terror attack that took the lives of 13 U.S. servicemembers. One of their fathers was at the SOTU—and he let Biden know it. This is how Biden reacted.

Steve Nikoui shouted at Joe Biden during the SOTU address. His son was one of thirteen U.S. service members killed during Biden’s failed withdrawal from Afghanistan in 2021.
During Biden’s speech, Nikoui shouted “Abbey Gate,” which was the name of the airport gate that was attacked. The terror attack resulted in thirteen slain Americans and at least 170 injured civilians.
Nikoui’s son was Marine Lance Cpl Kareem Nikioui. Like Laken Riley’s parents, Steve lost his son because of Joe Biden’s negligence. His death could have been avoided, had Biden put America’s interests ahead of politics.
But soon after Nikoui shouted at Biden, he was arrested by Capitol Police and charged with crowding, obstructing, or incommoding.
How do you like that? Biden has been blamed for the death of his son. Biden later was seen looking at his watch while the bodies of these slain service members were returned to the U.S. Nikoui wanted to remind Biden of his responsibility for his son’s death.
And for that, he gets arrested. But of the many pro-Palestinian protesters blocking traffic at the Capitol, reportedly none of them were arrested for their disrespect to the President.
Why isn’t Biden being held accountable for the many lives he is responsible for? Many Americans are suffering, thanks to Biden’s elite-first agenda. Biden has let in millions of migrants, to help the rich get cheap labor. He’s sent off billions to help Ukraine, which end up in the hands of large corporations.
And he is responsible for crippling inflation and a recession, which hurts working Americans. Meanwhile, the ruling elite get richer.
