President Biden appears to be playing a game of chicken over the border crisis. He is demanding funding for Ukraine and other non-border issues before he will do anything about the 3-year crisis.

This bill will create new strict penalties for anyone who engages in high-speed chases within 100 miles of the border. While President Biden appears unwilling to address the many issues arising from the border crisis, these 56 Democrats seem to realize, something must be done.
It is unknown if this bill will advance to the Senate. But the more Democrats defect over this issue, the harder it will be for Biden to keep ignoring it.
