When Donald Trump was in office, it appeared Democrats would impeach him at the drop of a hat. In fact, they impeached him twice–both were a waste of time and taxpayer dollars. Few believed they were doing it for any other reason than partisan bitterness.
Under Biden, however, so much has happened that demands attention. Many believe Joe and several of his top officials have blatantly violated the law. That is especially true for one critical issue that has left America’s national security in shambles. And, just days after Republicans retake the House, they are filing their first impeachment papers.

The resolution claims Mayorkas “engaged in a pattern of conduct that is incompatible with his duties,” complaining that he has failed to maintain operational control over the border.
Numerous Republicans have threatened Mayorkas, Biden’s DHS head, with impeachment over his shocking conduct. Much of the chaos on the border is Mayorkas’s fault. He is the one responsible for carrying out Biden’s immigration policies.
Mayorkas is the one who issued memos stopping our government from deporting illegals. He is preventing Border Patrol from apprehending and expelling border jumpers. And he is the one behind the bussing of illegals to conservative communities all across America.
Texas Republican Rep. Pat Fallon filed articles of impeachment against Mayorkas this week. He accused the Biden official of engaging “in a pattern of conduct that is incompatible with his duties.” That’s putting it mildly.
But the question remains, was Mayorkas just following Biden’s orders? Because, if he was, he’s not the only person that needs to be held accountable for the border crisis. Joe Biden selected this man, gave him an agenda.
The deteriorating border crisis is not only Mayorkas’s fault but Joe’s as well. But this impeachment will open up an investigation that can uncover how far this neglect of our border goes.
