In the weeks since Kamala Harris became the Democratic presidential nominee, the left has been working overtime to try to portray her as a beloved politician known for her competence. Harris’ incompetence is now on full display amidst reports that her campaign has already descended into chaos. Things have allegedly gotten so bad that many of her staffers are confused about who exactly is in charge.

The leaks underscore Vice President Kamala Harris’s history of an unprofessional work environment, rife with backstabbing and badmouthing during her tenure as a senator and vice president.

The “internal worries about cohesiveness … with multiple power centers,” is due to the blending of former Biden campaign and Obama campaign officials within the Harris team,” Thompson detailed:

• “The entanglement of these different entities has led to many people feeling a real lack of role clarity,” one person involved in the campaign told Axios.
• Another person involved with the campaign said there isn’t “as much tension at the very, very top, where the question is more: ‘Who is the first among equals with the vice president?’”
• The confusion about who’s in charge is happening more often “two or three rungs down,” this source said.

Harris’ High Turnover Rate In Her VP Office

However, this comes as no surprise when looking at Kamala’s history. During her time as vice president, she had a nearly 92% turnover rate among staffers in her office.

Since Harris took office in January of 2021, only four of the initial 47 hires from her first year have remained employed without interruption. That’s nothing short of astounding.

“She turned over nearly all of her senior executive hires, so there was virtually no loyalty amongst the senior people on her staff. Only some lower level four people we’re continuously employed,” Open the Books CEO Adam Andrzejewski told reporters last month.

Former staffers have attributed this high turnover rate to Harris being a “soul-destroying bully.” They claim that she regularly publicly berates those who work for her. Despite this, Harris expects the world to believe that she’s running a campaign based on “joy.”

If it only took one month for Harris’ campaign to descend into chaos, just imagine what would happen to America after just a few weeks of her running the country. Things are already bad enough under Joe Biden, but it seems that they would only get far worse if Harris comes to power.
