The latest legal threat in Trump’s New York civil fraud case is that the leftist attorney general attacking him plans to rip away his assets. This anti-Trump campaigning leftist is already working her next legal angle to destroy Trump.

New York Attorney General Letitia James is prepared to seize former President Donald Trump’s assets if he is unable to find cash to cover a $354 million fine in his civil fraud case, she said Tuesday in an interview with ABC News.James told ABC News, “If he does not have funds to pay off the judgment, then we will seek judgment enforcement mechanisms in court, and we will ask the judge to seize his assets.”
She’s not even giving the legal system time to allow due process for Trump in this case. He was fined $354.8 million plus approximately $100 million in pre-judgment interest on Friday. The legal assault came after Manhattan Supreme Court Judge Arthur Engoron ruled the former president had inflated his net worth in order get more favorable loan terms.
Trump is guilty of “haggling” with banks, like any entrepreneur, and at no point in the case did the prosecution prove that Trump victimized anyone in his real estate business methods of obtaining loans and paying them back.
Trump said he will appeal the ruling, but James and her pal the judge are using the system to squeeze Trump. In order to appeal the case, he must pay the fine as a bond to New York State. This way the state gets his money up front before he can exercise his rights under the law.
James was questioned about any supposed victims in the case against Trump. She responded by saying “financial frauds are not victimless crimes.” She could not name any victims and all she could offer was a response of buffoonery that the fraud was “massive.”
The only fraud that appears to be exposed in this case is James’ actions that could undermine business operations throughout New York. She is already coveting specific Trump properties to seize, including the “Trump building” at 40 Wall Street.
“We are prepared to make sure that the judgment is paid to New Yorkers, and yes, I look at 40 Wall Street each and every day,” she said.
Every business owner, especially those in real estate, should be eyeing New York as a parasite that will take what it wants if you dare disagree with the leftist political elite who hold all the power there.
