Minutes After Hunter’s Conviction – Joe Biden’s Ironic Rant Stuns the Nation

This week, unprecedented news broke about President Biden’s son, Hunter, getting convicted of federal gun charges. It’s uncertain what his punishment will be, if any.

Some experts suggest that he might receive significant fines or potentially serve time in jail. But this situation is unlikely to have a positive impact on Biden as he navigates a challenging reelection campaign. Never has a sitting president’s son been convicted of a crime. This should trigger an immediate response from Joe, and it did.

Perhaps people are waiting for the President to pardon Hunter—which would create a political storm of its own. On the same day of Hunter’s conviction, Biden attended an interesting event. He gave a speech, ranting and raving about one crucial American right. And although his son was just convicted of federal crimes, he gave Congress a wild demand.

From The Post Millennial:
Joe Biden on Tuesday made an appearance at a gun control conference where he spoke on banning “assault weapons” and other measures to limit firearms access. The speech came just hours after his son, Hunter Biden, was convicted for lying about his drug usage on a federal form to purchase a firearm…

“It’s time once again to do what I did when I was a Senator — ban assault weapons,” Biden told the crowd, which was met with cheers. “Who in God’s name needs a magazine that can hold 200 shells?”

Instead of commenting on his son’s convictions, Biden went to a gun control rally to harp on banning “assault weapons.” Pretty ironic that he is demanding restrictions to the Second Amendment after his son just got pinched over existing restrictions to gun ownership.

And if you watched the video, you saw a man who is barely in control of his faculties, unable to finish one sentence. That’s very concerning for the leader of the free world.

Biden made an argument he’s made in the past that gun-owning Americans are no match for the federal government, which has access to “F-15s.” Then, he contradicted himself by demanding the government take “assault weapons” from law-abiding citizens.

Um… if gun owners are such a small threat to the government, then why try to take semi-automatic rifles from them? Biden claimed that “nobody” needs a magazine that can “hold 200 shells.” Maybe someone who is worried about a president threatening them with F-15s needs that size of a magazine!

Biden defeats his own arguments… in the very same speech. And it doesn’t occur to him that he is advocating stricter measures than the ones that could land his own son in jail.

Key Takeaways:

  • Biden gave a speech demanding a ban on “assault weapons.”
  • This came the same day his son was convicted of federal gun charges.
  • Biden contradicted his own claims while threatening gun owners with F-15s.
