Another One? After Trump Gets Two Nobel Nominations For His Peace Deals, He Gets A Third For His ‘Trump Doctrine’

What’s Happening:

It’s been quite the year for President Trump.

After securing major peace deals between Israel and Arab nations, he was nominated for a Nobel Peace Prize.

Then he was nominated for another one.

The left was so outraged, some suggested the prestigious prize should be “canceled.”

But who would have expected Trump would receive yet another nomination?

This time it’s for something possibly even bigger:

A group of four Australian law professors have nominated U.S. President Donald Trump for the Nobel Peace Prize, the third nomination he’s received in recent weeks.

The nomination is based on the so-called Trump doctrine, or the president’s approach to foreign policy, David Flint, one of the professors, said on Monday.

A group of Australian professors has nominated Trump for another Nobel Prize over his “Trump doctrine.”

They pointed out Trump’s approach to foreign relations, which they say few politicians share.

Praising this “doctrine,” they say Trump first uses common sense (imagine that!).

Then, he is only guided by national interest, a.k.a.: putting America first—which they equate to an interest in the “Western alliance.”

These professors highlighted Trump’s unwillingness to commit America to more foreign wars.

Nearly every president of the last few decades has forced the country into conflicts that resulted in the deaths of thousands of Americans.

Even the left’s treasured Barack Obama helped spread more destruction across the Middle East (not that the media would admit that).

Trump has been the only president in our lifetime to de-escalate conflict, ending wars, and bringing our troops back home. His deals have even secured peace between unlikely countries.

This group also praised Trump for ignoring traditional advice regarding the Middle East. He went directly to Arab states and crafted deals that worked for everybody.

Common sense and respect for our allies. Who would have thought that would work!?

Trump did.

And these professors think he deserves a Nobel Peace Prize for it.

This nomination—over his “doctrine”—must be about inspiring other politicians to follow Trump’s lead.

They are not celebrating a specific accomplishment, but Trump’s overall policy.

Perhaps if more leaders embraced such values, we’d see more peace?

Key Takeaways:

  • Another group nominated Trump for a Nobel Peace Prize.
  • Law professors said the “Trump doctrine” is securing peace around the world.
  • It appears they want other leaders to do the same.
