Americans are in real need right now, and almost everyone agrees we need big relief bills to stem the damage.

And it looks like Nancy Pelosi is doing everything she can to make sure this crisis doesn’t go to waste. Already she got $25 million for the Kennedy Center and many other goodies for unions and liberal causes.

But now she’s eyeing the next round of stimulus—and she’s demanding a “SALT shakeup” that could personally help the Speaker out. From Fox News:

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, D-Calif., is pushing for a new stimulus bill that would roll back the state and local tax deduction (SALT) cap, a proposal that would predominantly help wealthy individuals — including most residents in Pelosi’s district and perhaps even Pelosi herself.

Oh, you’ve got to be kidding me.

Have you ever heard Nancy Pelosi suggest a tax cut? She stood firmly against Trump’s tax cuts that helped Americans so much.

But now, when things are tough, she wants to roll back the SALT cap—and it just happens to help out the wealthy the most. People like her.

Pelosi and her husband have a property tax liability of approximately $198,337.62 considering their two homes, a winery and two commercial properties, public records show, indicating that the couple could reap substantial benefits in the event of a full SALT repeal.

Wow, Nancy. You own a D.C. condo, a San Francisco home, home, a winery, and two commercial properties? Sounds like it’s about time for you to retire.

Because if you’re pushing for a tax break for rich folks during this time, it seems like you’ve lost focus on what Democrats stand for.

They’re supposed to take from the rich and give to the poor, right? Maybe with your net worth of over $10 million, you can use some of your personal dollars to help people out.

Instead of trying to use these relief bills to give the rich a boost.
