Liberals are panicking after former President Donald Trump ran away with wins in the first two Republican primary contests. He has been attacked from every liberal angle and anything he says is scrutinized endlessly.
Political enemies who hated Trump in the White House are openly attacking him. Rep. Nancy Pelosi (D-CA), former House Speaker, has been a vocal critic of Trump. She doesn’t hold back when she gets a chance to undercut Trump.
What Pelosi said this week was despicable. Trump used Nikki Haley’s name in a comment intended to criticize Pelosi. The liberal Democrat jumped at the opportunity to attack Trump’s mental state.

“First of all, he has a cognitive disorder,” Pelosi said. “It wasn’t that he just had a slip of the tongue of using a name one time for another. Anybody can do that. But he was making a case. But really more dangerous than than getting us mixed up, more dangerous was his charge that we were not accepting his troops.”
During an interview Trump was describing the events of Jan. 6 when citizens stormed into government offices. Trump said he offered tens of thousands of National Guard troops to help but Pelosi turned down the offer. He also said that Pelosi and fellow Democrats destroyed evidence related to the event.
Pelosi shot back with her attack on his mental capacity and said she and other congressional leaders at the time “begged him for hours and hours” to send military help. That help was denied, she said, by Trump’s “underlings” in the Secretary of the Army and the Acting Secretary of the Defense.
Pelosi said Trump caused a big problem for the country and he should pay a price for that because he is not above the law. “And he should never step foot in the White House for any purpose whatsoever,” she said.
Pelosi is one to talk after her years of mumbling and bumbling from the podium in Congress and at press conferences. While in power, she undermined the workings of the government with her heavy-handed control of the House. Anything she says should be taken as suspect.
People should remember that any talk by Pelosi about cognitive capabilities comes from a person who justified getting her hair done during a quarantine while millions of citizens were locked down in their houses. If slips of the tongue were the only signs of cognitive issues, she and Biden would be removed from office for the many times they’ve slipped up.
