No sanctuary for you, illegal immigrants, because there is no room in the Big Apple. This liberal big-city mayor has revoked all-out sanctuary status for people he said were welcome any time.
Not only has this back-tracking liberal gone back on his invitation to house illegal immigrants, he is now sending out information fliers telling border crossers to avoid the city that never sleeps. This is all a big admission that liberal Democrats can’t be trusted at their word and their words about sanctuary cities are all a bunch of hot air.
And the biggest blowhard among liberals is New York City Mayor Eric Adams. This clown can’t back up what he promised the world to help him get elected.

Adams is reportedly having fliers distributed at the U.S.-Mexico border stating, “Since April 2022, more than 90,000 migrants have come to New York City (NYC). … There is no guarantee we will be able to provide shelter and services to new arrivals.”
Media reports show that these illegal immigrants have swamped NYC with more than half dependent on taxpayer funds intended for American citizens. The whole debacle is costing NYC millions of dollars per year, and the city can’t sustain the drain on public money.

Anyone who has ever visited NYC knows the place is busy and crowded. Those who have moved there are hit with sticker shock over housing prices… if you can find an open rental. Adams’ open invitation has forced the city to convert any open space to house illegal immigrants.

Looks like Adams bit off more than he could chew when telling the world that anyone – even illegal immigrants – would be supported by NYC. As if the irony of failing to honor the invitation wasn’t enough, Adams asked illegal immigrants to please change their travel plans, so they won’t hurt NYC.

This is so typical for weak-minded liberals who scream about “doing the right thing” without thinking through a plan – or how to pay for that plan – that won’t hurt the people they pledged to serve. Americans deserve better.
Every common-sense person knew that declaring any city a “sanctuary” was an invitation to disaster. U.S. taxpayer dollars should never be spent on halfwit liberal ideas that create dangerous and expensive situations for American citizens.
