In Colorado, the courts ruled against Trump in a case that could derail his return to the White House. Soon after, Maine did the same. More recently, Illinois made the same decision.

Already, Trump is celebrating the victory. The court, however, appeared not to touch on the claims that Trump is guilty of starting an “insurrection” on January 6th. That issue could still be decided by future rulings, which might come in later months.
This means that Nikki Haley’s chances are even slimmer. She might have been hoping that Trump would be kicked off of enough ballots, to prevent him from winning the primary.
Now that this hurdle is removed, no state can remove Trump from primary or general election ballots.
