Supreme Court Justices in Serious Trouble – As Roberts Fails to Release Decision, His Colleagues Are in Danger

What’s Happening:

We’ve seen the fallout of the leaked Supreme Court document. Radical activists, on the urging of Democrats, have tried to interfere with the court’s sovereign duty to uphold the law.

And the results almost cost the life of a justice and his family. It turns out, the would-be assassinate was discouraged, only thanks to his sister.

From Daily Wire:

The man who says he sought to kill Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh contacted his sister on his way to the justice’s home, officials say — and that conversation may have swayed him from his original murderous plan.

A random text may have played a role in stopping this man. But the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court prologues this crisis by refusing to release the court’s ruling early.

From The Federalist:

…Not only has Roberts’ investigation cataclysmically failed to out the leaker and hold this person accountable for his or her actions a month later, the chief justice’s continued withholding of the Dobbs decision has concurrently endangered the lives of his colleagues.

As noted by Federalist CEO Sean Davis, Roberts “could issue Dobbs today and eliminate threats of violence to prevent its release,” but is instead “deliberately doing nothing.”

Meanwhile, activists are breaking the law by obstructing access to the court.

From Fox News:

Pro-choice protesters staged a blockade of streets near the U.S. Supreme Court building on Monday, with the knowledge that the court was scheduled to hand down opinions that morning…

The blockade continues a pattern of protest that has included demonstrations outside the justices’ homes.

Chief Justice of the Supreme Court John Roberts has seemingly failed to protect his court. He “investigation” into outing the leaker has come up with nothing—even after nearly a month.

(The court staff isn’t all that big. And there could be more than a few people who knew what was going on. For Roberts to not have any results is a major failure on his part.)

But worse than that, the chief justice refuses to release the court’s final opinion on the Dobbs case. Why?

There would be no more attempts to intimidate or fear the justices, once the ruling is handed down. Because, the left will not only convince themselves they can change the justices’ minds.

But refusing to release this ruling poses a serious threat to the court. The only reason the would-be assassin turned himself in, was because his sister was able to persuade him.

Activists continue to “disrupt” the court by blocking roads leading to the building. While that hasn’t stopped business from happening, things can easily escalate, if we are forced to wait longer.

If Roberts wants to protect his justices and end this limbo, he will release the ruling immediately.

Key Takeaways:

  • The would-be justice assassin was convinced to turn himself in, thanks to his sister.
  • Activists are protesting outside the Supreme Court, blocking the roads.
  • Chief Justice is prolonging the crisis by withholding the final ruling on Dobbs.
