This virus has hit all of America, and the world, in a very serious manner.
Lockdowns across the US have negatively impacted businesses in a major way, and unemployment numbers are skyrocketing.
However, there is hope. As Trump mentioned just this week, there is a “light at the end of the tunnel.” Secretary Steve Mnuchin gave us an update today on the current estimate for opening the lockdown.
From The Hill:
Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin told CNBC on Thursday that he believes companies could reopen in May as long as Trump “feels comfortable with the medical issues.”
The President is floating reopening businesses in the parts of the US that don’t have major outbreaks. With proper social distancing and quarantine for those sick, the rest of the city or state can begin to get back to work getting the economy going.
Hopefully we will be getting back to normal life before too much longer.
Stay positive and hope for the best, we will all get through this together.
