Democrats are signaling they won’t work with the President on anything, so he’s taking away one of their favorite things – wasting tons of money.
The liberals in Congress are putting criminals over American citizens and politics over the people with their decision to block funding for our much-needed border wall.
Sometimes a little tough love is needed when dealing with those who don’t want to do their jobs, and Trump is determined to teach them a lesson, no matter what it takes.

President Donald Trump issued an executive order… freezing federal workers’ pay for 2019, following through on a proposal he announced earlier in the year.
The move, which nixes a 2.1% across-the-board pay raise that was set to take effect in January, comes as hundreds of thousands of federal employees are expecting to begin the new year furloughed or working without pay because of a partial government shutdown.The move does not affect a 2.6% pay increase for US troops next year that was passed as part of the massive defense spending bill Trump signed in August.

Democrats are having a hard time accepting this, but a pay freeze for federal employees is the right thing to do if the government is not willing to cooperate with the President.
In the private sector, pay increases are performance based. Why should it be any different in the public sector?
If anything, the pay freeze should extend to the Democrats in Congress as well for failing to do what they’re paid to do.
Under Obama, federal employees were used to having cushy paychecks provided by us taxpayers, and got obscenely overpaid for the minimal amount of work that they do.
They wastefully spend our money on ridiculous government programs that do nothing but line the pockets of bureaucrats.
Meanwhile they deny funding for things we truly need. Forget a pay freeze, all government workers should get a pay reduction for every day that they stall the wall
Liberals are calling this pay freeze “cruel”, but is it?
Live by the sword, die by the sword. The harsh truth is that government employees are not entitled to anything. They live at the behest of our willingness to pay taxes and our executive’s freedom to deny them raises.
We are trillions of dollars in debt, and it’s time to start trimming the fat.
