What’s Happening:
Liberals haven’t been able to pack the courts as much as they want so they have been actively creating specialty boards to push their radical agendas. The federal government is supposed to act in a nonpartisan manner, but liberals are stacking the odds in their favor.
This tactic of using boards to create and enact more liberal policies places anyone who thinks differently at a disadvantage. What is worse are the people on some of these boards who have promoted false information to help their political party.
The only way to fight these elitist committees is often in the courtroom. A former Trump official is getting into the fight by suing a Biden supported committee with members who signed a letter debunking the Hunter Biden laptop story.

“Once again, by establishing a highly partisan advisory committee packed full of its allies, the Biden Administration has attempted to skirt the legal requirements established by Congress in the Federal Advisory Committee Act,” Gene Hamilton, America First Legal vice president and general counsel, said in a statement.
The suit alleges that an “expert” board created by the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) to address national security issues was done illegally and that it lacks credible members. The board is stacked withy Biden supporters such as Former Director of National Intelligence James Clapper, former CIA Director John Brennan and former CIA Operations Officer Paul Kolbe.
All of these “experts” signed a letter during the 2020 presidential election that cast doubt on the legitimacy of the Hunter Biden laptop and suggesting its release was a Russian disinformation ploy. Contents of the Hunter Biden laptop was authenticated by multiple media outlets – liberal and conservative – and there has been no credible evidence that the laptop was part of a Russian disinformation operation.
Both Clapper and Brennan have been called out for misleading the American pubic in statements under oath before Congress. Both have been criticized for testimony that was considered lacking in facts.
This new DHS board of 17 members stacked with the likes of Clapper and Brennan is set to meet four times a year to create recommendations for the DHS on intelligence and national security efforts. The focus will be on “terrorism, fentanyl, transborder issues, and emerging technology.”
With people like this advising the federal government, it looks more like a board that will create more problems regarding all these topics that are hurting the American people.
