Thanks to Trump, the United States, Canada, and Mexico signed a brand new deal. Called the USMCA, this deal should be a huge win for the president—and every American worker.
The president announced the deal a long time ago, but McConnell claims House Democrats sat on it – refusing to pass it.
Finally with pressure from the president—and the American public—Democrats vote to approve. Quickly after, Republicans in the Senate passed the bill.
We were waiting for President Trump to sign the bill into law. But at this historic moment, he took the opportunity to remind everyone who delayed this all-important deal.

President Donald Trump did not invite House Democrats to Wednesday’s signing ceremony of the United States–Mexico–Canada Agreement (USMCA) at the White House, said the office of House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA).
Ouch! President Trump refused to invite House Democrat to the ceremony that made USMCA law.
Of course Nancy Pelosi complained.
In my opinion, you sat on this deal for a while. You spent all your time and effort last year on impeaching the president who landed this deal.
And you’re upset that Trump refused to invite you to this ceremony? You’re lucky if you ever get invited back to the White House again!
The House should have voted on USMCA a long time ago. We could have been enjoying the benefits of this deal through 2019—had Democrats put aside their petty politics and passed it in the House.
But no, Pelosi and her goons forced us to sit through one of the most disgraceful impeachment processes in our history.
Sorry, Nance, but you can’t take credit for this historic win in the slightest. If it were up to you and your party, we’d still be suffering under NAFTA, which nearly destroyed American manufacturing.
It was Donald Trump who made crafting a new deal a priority. It was Trump’s team that met with Mexican and Canadian officials. And it was the Trump administration who got these three nations to agree to a new deal.
What were the Democrats doing during all this? Oh yeah, spreading rumors against Trump on CNN.
This is not a win for Nancy Pelosi. This is a win for Trump and all his supporters. She didn’t belong in that room, nor did any other Democrat.
