What’s Happening:

Democrats really don’t like Elon Musk anymore. That’s because he’s releasing internal Twitter documents that prove the left was censoring Americans. Liberals from within the federal government had coerced the social network (with every other network) to silence anyone that defied their narrative.

The “Twitter Files” have outed the Biden campaign and the White House, the FBI, numerous other agencies, and congressmen. And now, a familiar face, who long has tried to take down the GOP, has been implicated. He’s going to have a hard time explaining this away.

In November 2020, California Congressman Adam Schiff reached out to Twitter to ask them to specifically ban journalist Paul Sperry. Schiff alleged that Sperry, who is an investigative reporter for Real Clear Investigations, had “repeatedly promoted false QAnon conspiracies and harassed [name redacted.]”

Wow. The Twitter Files reveal that Democrats from D.C. were constantly ordering the social network to censor users. Twitter had banned or suppressed well-known conservative voices. But Democrats also wanted Twitter to silence anyone that challenged their agenda.

The Biden White House wanted to silence anyone that questioned their COVID response, including journalist Alex Berenson. The FBI had Twitter silence people who exposed Hunter Biden, to help Joe Biden.

And now we see that Democrat Adam Schiff was demanding Twitter shut down the accounts of journalists he didn’t like. In particular, he ordered the site to ban Paul Sperry a reporter for Real Clear Investigations.

Sperry was the man who outed Schiff’s supposed “whistleblower” during the first impeachment against Donald Trump. Schiff had repeatedly claimed he had evidence proving Trump broke the law. Yet when news came out about his sources, Schiff was quickly outed as a liar.

It seems Schiff wanted payback against one of the journalists who exposed him. So, he seemed to think that Twitter would do whatever he wanted. At the time, even top Twitter execs were outraged that Schiff made this demand.

But over time, as we learned, Twitter became increasingly willing to censor anyone the left targeted. Twitter’s top executives had no problem shutting down the First Amendment rights of anyone Democrats hated.
