The term “underground railroad” goes back to the Civil War era. Abolitionists, from the Republican Party, crafted a way to help liberate slaves.
This legendary process smuggled black slaves to the North, where they were set free.
But today, a radical group called the “STYE Project” has announced their own kind of “underground railroad.” This project, however, is not about free slaves. Instead, they are trying to undermine states that are protecting underage children.
From The Post Millennial:
The Campaign for Southern Equality organization has created a special project to help gender-confused minors get sex change operations if they live in a state that has banned the practice. The website says the project “provides rapid response support directly to the families of youth who are impacted by anti-transgender healthcare bans in the South.” It continues, “Through STYEP, and in close partnership with state and local organizations, we are providing grants, patient navigation support, and accurate information to impacted families…”

In a move that will generate Civil War comparisons by many, the leftist organization “The Campaign for Southern Equality” is launching a program to bring underaged children to states that allow transgender procedures.
This comes as Republican-led states pass laws banning transgender procedures on minors. Parents have become increasingly outspoken as public schools and other groups convince vulnerable children they are “trans.” In some cases, they recommend procedures without the parents’ knowledge or consent.
Red states have banned such practices, triggering outrage from progressives. The STYEP appears to be trying to undermine laws that protect children and defend parents’ rights. While some parents might willingly subject their children to the STYEP program, in many cases, the parents are denied the power to protect their children.
Even in red states, parents have been taken to court and denied the ability to spare their child from life-altering, and harmful procedures. Red state laws are the only measure ensuring a misled child doesn’t make a decision they cannot undo later in life.
The transgender controversy has reached a boiling point in America. Citizens have fought back as woke corporations pushed transgenderism through TV shows, movies, music, and even clothing.
Key Takeaways:
- A progressive group started a program to undermine transgender laws in red states.
- The STYEP is an “underground railroad” to get children to states that allow transgender procedures.
- Parents have fought against transgender propaganda in schools, which has targeted vulnerable children.
