What’s Happening:
Joe Biden has a really big problem on his hands. He was in full support of the left’s federal case against Donald Trump over documents found at Mar-a-Largo. But now, Joe’s stepped in it big time, after we learned he had held onto classified documents from his time as vice president.
He kept some in his offices at UPenn. Others, he stored in a private library at his home. Worse still, he kept some classified documents in his garage, beside his car. Ugh, Joe, what were you thinking? Now, he is in it even deeper, now that this video has resurfaced.
Back in August, after the FBI raided Donald Trump’s home, Joe Biden tried to pile on the former president by discussing the issue. Biden himself claimed that he, as president, took home classified documents and stored them in a “cabined-off space that is completely secure.”
Joe even claimed that the process was protected by the military, who ensure that after Joe reads classified reports, they are locked up and secure. Um… I guess this process didn’t apply to the classified information he took with him when he left the Obama administration, huh?
As president, Biden has access to classified documents. And, while following strict procedures, he can take those documents with him while away from the White House. But the documents discovered from his home were taken while he was vice president. It does not appear that any special provisions were taken to prevent these documents from falling into the wrong hands.
(Unlike Trump’s documents, which were secured in a double-locked office, as advised by the FBI.)
To make matters worse, the National Archives previously dismissed claims that Biden or anyone else mishandled documents from the Obama administration. This was just weeks before Biden’s lawyers found out the truth.

How interesting. It sounds like the National Archives was trying to protect Obama and Biden with this claim. It stated that no Obama-Biden documents had been mishandled. This was on October 11, a few weeks before it was learned Biden had mishandled documents.
Why wasn’t the National Archive being as diligent with Biden as they had been with Trump? Is this agency also heavily politicized, protecting Democrats while going after Republicans? Maybe.
