After years of the mainstream media shamelessly covering for President Joe Biden at every turn, the tide finally seems to be turning.
A Philadelphia radio host has found herself out of the job after she admitted that the White House provided her with a list of pre-determined questions before she interviewed Biden last week.
Andrea Lawful-Sanders admitted to CNN on Saturday that the White House sent her eight questions to ask before she interviewed Biden last Wednesday. Lawful-Sanders then picked four of these questions to ask Biden during his first interview since his terrible debate performance last month.
Unfortunately for Lawful-Sanders, however, it didn’t take long for this to blow up in her face

On Sunday, WURD’s president and CEO, Sara M. Lomax, announced that Lawful-Sanders and WURD have “mutually agreed to part ways,” emphasizing that “WURD Radio is not a mouthpiece for the Biden or any other admin.”“On July 3, the first post-debate interview with President Joe Biden was arranged and negotiated independently by WURD Radio host Andrea Lawful-Sanders without knowledge, consultation or collaboration with WURD management,” Lomax said in a statement on Sunday.
“The interview featured pre-determined questions provided by the White House, which violates our practice of remaining an independent media outlet accountable to our listeners. As a result, Ms. Lawful-Sanders and WURD Radio have mutually agreed to part ways, effective immediately,” she added.
Lomax went on to say that what Lawful-Sanders did here “jeopardizes” the trust its audience has placed in her station for 20 years to “hold elected officials accountable.”
She added that the “mainstream media should do its own introspection to explore how they have lost the trust of so many Americans, Black Americans chief among them.”
This is quite a shift from the way the media has handled Biden for years. Since the dawn of Biden’s presidency, the media has treated Biden with kid gloves. Reporters have told Americans not to believe their lying eyes and ears when it comes to Biden’s behavior. They’ve tried to argue that despite how Biden looks and sounds, there’s nothing wrong with his cognitive abilities.
In the wake of Biden’s disastrous debate performance, however, it seems that even the media can’t cover for Biden any longer. It’s time for journalists to do their jobs and show the world the real Biden, rather than teaming up with his White House to hide his cognitive failings.
It should be noted that Biden still managed to botch this interview with Lawful-Sanders even after his team fed her what questions to ask him. Indeed, it was during this interview that Biden bizarrely described himself as “a black woman.”
“I’m proud to be, as I said, the first vice president, the first Black woman, to serve with a Black president,” he said.
Even when he was in control of the questions he was asked, Biden still found a way to completely derail his own interview. No wonder even the mainstream media can’t cover for him anymore.
